NATANG DIP N CRACKERS
Natang is a original Thai appetizer dip which is normally made using meats and
shrimp. Since meats are not allowed for most shipment overseas, we have used
tuna and shrimp in our formulation. This curry dip is made with the use of coriander, shallots, peanut, coconut milk and curry paste. The flavor is peanuty with a touch
of sweetness and subtle flavor of coriander. It is meant to go along with toast on
any crackers.
KAENG KARI DIP N CRACKERS
Originally, this is a curry which is used to prepare with chicken. In this case, we
have adapted it in to be used with tuna and the flavors are somewhat mils and
yellow comes from tumeric spice which is generally used in the preparation of
the paste.
PANEANG DIP N CHANKERS
Pananeng is normally considered as one of the drier curries but can be cooked
with a lot of coconut milk to bring about the smooth textur of a traditional curry.

Panaeng Dip - Coconut Milk, Tuna, Potatoes, Onions, Vegetable Oil, Shallots,
Garlic, Sugar, Fish Sauce, Shrimp Paste, Chillies, Lemonglass, Spices ( less than
2% ), Salt, Galangal,
Thickeners: Corn Flour, Guar Gum, Coriander, Kaffir Lime Peel, Paprika. Water added.

Natang Dip - Coconut Milk, Tuna, Sugar, Shallots, Vegetable Oil, Fish sauce,
Peanuts, Garlic, Chillies, Coriander, Dried Shrimps Spices (Less than 2% ), Paprika.

Kaeng Kari Dip - Coconut Milk, Tuna, Potatoes, Onions, Vegetable Oil, Sugar,
Garlics, Shallots, Fish Sauce, Galangal, Salt, Lemongrass, Chillies, Spices
(Less than 2% ) , Tumeric,
Thickeners : Corn Flour, Guar Gum, Paprika, Water Added.

Crackers - Wheat Flour, Plam Oil, Sugar, Salt, Leavening Agent (Whole Wheat Flour)
